    Default Configuration Problem with GLB-802C

Can anyone please explain to me how to configure D-Link GLB-802C for MTNL triband UL-265 kbps plan so as to get dynamic IP each time I disconnect and reconnect?
I'm having user name with "a" at the end of my tel number
Now their engineer has configured my connection as when I start my pc, it's always connected, I do not need to dial and I'm getting static IP.
I don't want it. I want connection to be dialed each time when I want net to be connected and get new IP each time I connect to net.
Can any one explain in detail how to do it?
    Many thanks

Default Static Ip or not ?

    Check your IP here.
My IP address? Free IP Address tracer, IP address lookup, IP address finder

switch off modem two or three times ,
wait for sometime reconnect and test.
Confirm your IP is static and remains same.
( Most of us are not given a single Fixed Static IP )

I'm getting dynamic IP each time I switch modem off and bacl on after 2-3 minutes.
but I don't want this i.e switch off and on after 2-3 minutes to get new IP.
I want thing to work like dial up connection.Like BSNL gives. U need to dial manually to get connected.Modem is on but net is not connected unless u dial.

it's always connected, I do not need to dial and I'm getting static IP.
    USER MANUAL for GLB802C
    h t t p://www.sendspace.com/file/136min

To program GLB802C in "Dialup"" mode
access the modem pages and in WAN page
    enable " Bridged"
    Save reboot.
wait for one or two minutes.
now you can use a dialer to connect ,
    whenever you want .

Confirm you have installation CD for the GLB802c.
If not download the user manual,
    which was uploaded by
D'LINK on my request, and may be deleted any time. ( some 90 days limit was specified )

Check whether it is available in their own website.
