Rep Power: 0 | I am using Sterlite Modem from MTNL and two days before my net was down, I called up MTNL guys and they told me that everthing is okey with there part. They told me that there would be some problem on your part i.e Modem. They also told me that if i have reset the modem or not. I checked my modem and find out that ACT(active) light don't blink continously. I reset my modem but still the same problem. Following is Diagnostics message. Testing Ethernet LAN connection ... PASS Testing ADSL Synchronization . FAIL Testing ATM OAM segment ping ... SKIPPED Testing ATM OAM end to end ping ... SKIPPED Ping Primary Domain Name Server . SKIPPED Ping Yahoo! ... SKIPPED |

Rep Power: 0 | I’d suggest a isolation test [Trying the MTNL modem on your PC] Call them up and register a complain and suggest that they come to you location with their test modem |

Rep Power: 1 | Expecting MTNL person to visit your site, to rectify defect is akin to to a mracle. The lords do not have time and desire to even to speak to customers and tell you complain to 1504 the worst ever Call center, you may have to only pray to god. |
