Default New connection Not working (UT300R2U Modem)

Well i got my new MTNL connection yesterday and the guys who fixed it were clueless with the tech side...they installed it and it was not running...the net worked and kept disconnecting

I have taken the 512 kb UL plan...they gave me a Modem UT300R2U (how do i port foward this for torrenting)
for some reason my torrents worked without the forwarding but im getting like 25 kb speed which is too slow for a 512 kb connection
so the torrent worked for a few hours then net stopped working and it wont reconnect

Also having loads of issues with browser, i mean when I can acesss the browser the torrents dont work
and when browser doesnt open, torrents are downloading

So my net connection keep on disconnting every 10-15 mins
    Please help
all 4 lights are working and the Lan light keeps blinking so does the Data light on my router/ modem

Can someone please help as to what to do
PS attached a screen shot of the ipconfig/all
    thanks

03: Which is the Browser you use now ?

    Ans
01 No i dont use a dialer to connect its auto connect when i put the modem on

02 I am ok with redoing any settings as long as i get a stable connection and good speed as shud be for 512UL plan

03 Using Firefox browser and it keeps disconnecting
Tired doing the speedtest but the site wont open, due to disconnecting issue

Please help me understand the open Dns
    208.67.220.220. 208.67.222.222
Should i manually configure them, as now my IP and Dns are on auto detect settings

Thanks for replying point by point.

    04 Speed test .
    another web site.
Try here. needs Java. uses about 2.5 MB data.
    Airtel

05:For 512 Kbps plan max speed is 64KB/sec

    06: Port forwarding ;

In your modem Under Advanced settings
NAT: virtual servers/ port triggering and
    Dmz zone options
    should be available. But unfortunately
BSNL has deleted the first two.

    07: DSL SETTINGS
when you check ADSL status see the Mod
mode selected on top. if it is not GDMT
go to DSL page and uncheck adsl2+
    and keep Annex M disabled.
    Bitswap always enabled.

    SNR Margin (dB): 19.2 28.5
    Attenuation (dB): 32.5 13.7
    SNR ACCEPTABLE.
    attn reduction required..
check again after mode change to GDMT

09: For set up connections, and other details

    select your modem:

Well the MTNL guys came over on the sat and even their tech guy tried several ip settings but still it was not working
then the put another modem...UT 304 if in not wrong...
that modem too was no use...as it was connectable but net was on for like 2 mins and then disconted off again

Today i guess will wait for them to fix the issue,
Pretty pissed off with no net for the last few days and have to go outside to post on the forum

Well i guess if it doesnt work today im telling them to take the modem off and dont want the connection lol
and will take reliance instead, but is reliance Wimax stable as its based on access points and heard in rains it could pose issues

    Well guy its finally working
    the MTNL guys fixed it

Seemed to be the router had some issue and needed to be reconfigured or something

Problem is that now im on 512 UL plan and my speed is low
did a speed test on mtnl and got a 200 kbps as bandwith

    Attached my speed tests below
the speed is too low and bad...i mean i shud be getting abt 50 to 60 and only getting a 25 kb on torrents

the MTNL guys said there is some issue with their servers and i shud get the hight speed today...but i dont trust them...sure that was to stall me

What shud i do now ?
