Thread: MTNL Problem

I keep getting disconnected every 15 minutes from the net. Is there any reason for this??

I return to the net automatically in about half an hour. Please can someone help, I have reported it to the MTNL officials repeatedly and there doesn't seem to be any change from their end, although i think that there is some improvement from what it was earlier.

Is there anything specific that i can tell them directly??
