Rep Power: 0  |  MTNL broadband problem. Hi. I have a broadband connection with MTNL and I am a Delhite. Since the last two months there have been problems with my internet connection. The connection goes off frequently. Since, yesterday morning the connection is again off and it has been 24 hours since I registered my complaint with them. Now they are not responding when I try to know the status, like they make me wait for 100 seconds to connect my call and than simply disconnect the call. Is anyone facing a similar problem? |
