Default users getting exceptionally high speed
i have found many friends of mine getting 2mbps speed on 256kbps unlimited plan...nd m havin same plan get normal speed(32kbps maxx)
is there a way to configure my connection like this?

That is not possible. Some odd case here and there may be an exception. All your friends getting 2 mbps speed on 256 kbps connection is not possible.

Yeah, I want to know how come some one is getting speed beyond the limit as uncapping don't works now.
If you have methods then make it general but not as some super secrets.

2 Mbps is nothing, some of the customers are getting 3 Mbps as download speed and 700 kbps as upload speed................and thats too in the unlimited connection.................simply bcoz mtnl guys are moron...
