Thread: Problem with MTNL Internet Connection

Hi!
My name is Minesh. We are website hosting service provider. We have two dedicated servers. One is linux based and another windows based. Now a days we are facing problem almost everyday. Websites we host on linux server can be see using mtnl connection and the same websites can be viewed using any other internet connection. Can you tell me what is the problem and what is the solutions for the same. If any one knows where to lodge complain with mtnl kindly give me address for the same. I have seen problems with many more others who are using mtnl connection. This will be helpful the other service providers like me.

You are hosting some web sites.
It has to be accessed by ANY user using ANY ISP
or ANY browser. ( usually IE7 or IE8)

Problem not clear.
Where you have uploaded your web sites ?
What is your tariff plan with MTNL ?
Mention modem model/make etc.

presume you mean you want to make your websites private??only accessible from LAN?and not to the world?
