Default Problems with Sterlite 300AX modem

    Hi Guys,
I have an MTNL broadband in Mumbai.I was suing Lan wire to use internet. I was trying to change some settings in the Sterlite modem so that I could use that with wi-fi.
I must have made a mistake some where. Now I am unable to use Internet. I am not much a techie so would really appreciate if someone can post the screenshots of their settings that I can use. I tried the Dignostics with VCI and VPI : 0 and 32, 0 and 35 respectively but am unable to ping the server.
    Please help.
    Thanks in advance.
    Abhishek

    http://74.125.95.132/search?q=cache:...ient=firefox-a

    or

    http://mtnldelhi.in/services/con_s.doc

    For BSNL VPI/VCI is 0 and 35.
for MTNL it is 0 and 32.
You can reset the modem to factory settings.
    ( with power on for 20 0r 30 seconds )
If you were using a Dialer . check whether you can connect .
    Use LAN1. port/ethernet port.
If not follow procedure in above doc.
