Default mtnl adsl 502t router + nortel vpn contivity box

I have a very simple setup (or may be a complex)
the mtnl phone line terminates into a adsl 502t router, from this router a network cable is connected to nortel vpn contivity box to Lan0 port and from Lan1 port of contivity box another network cable is connected to hub and then to all computers.

I have a static ip given by mtnl which i want to use it in this contivity box
so that i will get internet in all the computers plus i will able to access my company's inetrnal site which is routed through this static ip with the help of nortel contivity box

    1) Do I need to keep the mtnl router in bridge mode
    2) I do not want to create a dialer (the nortel contivity box does not have any provision to create a dialer) (i am not using a wirless router)
    3) Do I need to keep the router in PPPoe mode with my telephone no. as user name and CA no. as password & then do some port forwarding.
    4) the required configuration for contivity box has been already done

does mtnl broadband connection supports vpn & how to use static ip
the ip given by mtnl is in the range of 59.x.x.x which appears in the wan area

    thanks in advance

you would need to keep your router in PPPoE mode.. mtnl should support vpn , static ip is usually only on request

yes we have already got the static ips not just one but three of them(we just need 2)
we need to use one at the adsl router end and another one at the vpn contivity box
but when we do this there is no internet
does port forwarding helps? which ip should i forward either of these two
do i keep it in PPPoE mode then do the port forwarding?
or do I keep it in bridge mode then do the port forwarding?
in the bridge mode I need to create a dialer to get the internet

does anybody give me some info about the bridge mode of other service providers like tata indicom that do you also need to create a dialer to get the internet?

see this is how it works you specify the ip in the contivity box which appears at the WAN area of the mtnl router this gives you the internet then you specify the next ip in the contivitx box from where you are sending the request. This is the ip which my corporate office has opened up. So if the request comes from the this ip then and then only it will be processed making it secure. the mtnl says they have all the ips active which shows against my phone no but some how the router can't process it

can anybody know how to do it?
