is there some upgradation beind done by mtnl, which i dont know of (but i dont think so) ?

i hv a DSL 849 NU plan...for some few days in the past, i had been getting some rather low speeds (DL - 1.75mbps ; Unlimited - 0.16mbps)........but frm just y'day am noticing some increase in DL speed (Unlimited usual as 0.22mbps).....although the test results vary frm 1.85 to 2.32mbps (and the test results show a DL speed of about 1.84mbps), mostly the result comes in excess of 2mbps speed (DL).........

any1 else here experiencing the same 'phenomenon' ? whats ur take guys on this ? i mean, i know, just like many other ppl reporting such upsurges frm time-to-time, i may be able to enjoy this for just a few days (or 'may be' for a long time to come), but if this is happening to a lot of ppl at the same time, then i think v can safely conclude that something tasty is being cooked for us

i just need to know ur take on this guys....thx in advance.
