recently i changed my plan from 2mbps to 256 kbps unlimited plan.....ISP said that the new plan has been activated...but still the internet speed is 2mbps.....not 256 kbps........plz help....

then enjoy the speed and once they send the bill check it if still its 2mbps plan then ask for that person who told you that your billing plan is changed.
but also check weather the change of plan is activated or it change from next billing cycle.
first clarify it from your ISP other wise once you bill come you will be surprised..:48:

Check on there website whether your plan has been changed or not........ take the screenshot of it........... if its changed and still you are getting 2mbps speed then enjoy the downloading and surfing at the price of 256 kbps plan...........

Log in with your 14digit Portal ID PW password. ( to be obtained from Exchange)
Click My Orders
check whether plan has been "provisioned"
Next Check
My Services
Select broadband
Give your consumer number ( from telephone bill)
month: unbilled jan 2010
check whether any entry showing 0
from the date you have been changed to home 750.
(also billed for december 2009 for records )
