Rep Power: 0  |  mtnl 256 kbps unlimited plan? recently i changed my plan from 2mbps to 256 kbps unlimited plan.....ISP said that the new plan has been activated...but still the internet speed is 2mbps.....not 256 kbps........plz help.... |
