JUSTIFICATION FOR still making me in trouble almost every day by calling them so many time one their phone and mobile and secretaries... Still the problem is partially unresolved. I've reached till ED office today. But to no gain, I was suggested to call GM of Kandivali office first. I'd to follow it. I'm unsure how much time it will still take to completely resolve this issue. Seems your problem is recent and for almost one year you had no troubles. 3 Are you allotted a STATIC IP ? Is it a Business connection ? Location : Multi storied building residence /flat complex/commercial complex ? 4. Outlook not working: (I get this error regularly in BSNL and try alternate servers.. smma.dataone.in will not work. Change to wmma.dataone.in will work ! ( also nmma.dataone.in) Later the other way round ! May be you have access to only one mail server. 4. I am not familiar with MTNL and Telephone can work ADSl O/O/O ADSL line Ok Telephone O/O/O This is possible. Either fault confirms your line to the exchange is Ok and only Telephone port or DSlam ( BB connection ) port is having problem. If Both do not work : Inevitable : line man ! 5. Instead of email try online complaint. Searching for Online complaint web site for MTNL. |

Rep Power: 2 | - Router: DLink GLB-502T ADSL2+ Router - Plan: Unlimited 1Mbps Rs. 1599/- + Taxes (Plan Active from Jan 2009.) - No Static IP. - Connection is in a flat. - Outlook 2007 works sends after I restart router for 1-4 times. - Phone line was working fine first. To solve broadband disconnections issue, they switched the port and phone line was stopped. Next day the phone started after complain, and the broadband stopped. Next day broadband started and phone line started and by evening broadband stopped. Next day again broadband started and phone line stopped. After 2 days, phone line started and broadband stopped. On last saturday, broadband was started with very much disconnection and phone line was stopped. Monday was holiday so have to wait till tuesday to come. Yesterday both started, now see what happens. Still the ADSL connection and PPPOE connection is taking time between 10-20 minutes. I'm not understanding this as it was not happening before. I've tried complaining to ED over the phone. After their suggestion only I started sending email to GM, DGM and BB department. Feel free to ask further details. Thank you. I'm seeing a miscommunication or deliberate action between Mr. Chauhan who is handling Triband line and Mr. Bhavsar who is managing the broadband line. I Mr. Bhavsar behaving too busy and on day he left his office the moment I entered. I was not aware of his face so could not stop him. But he made me wait from 4 I feel I need to do something very soon as a year before I'd similar problem from the same combination of person and had to reach ED to solve my issue. I don't want to reach to top level every time, as I've to spend reasonable time with follow up with low level persons and this time make me really unstable in my life. Rep Power: 2 | I will appreciate guidance from Admin or experts. What do you think of this situation? Shall we ignore such instance? I'm still today facing similar issues. SMTP is not working until I tried restart of ADSL 4 times. I know few people in my area having similar issues. But they are just accepting assuming it is Government Company....so things will be like this. Many moved to Reliance and Hathway. I'm feeling frustrated...totally out of control right now...as no options...no legal support...no community support... Anyway...I have to wait until I get right direction. I'm on and I will do something alone.. |
