hi guys,
i have this problem since 1 year with my mtnl connection.when i open my pc and start the browser the net is disconnected.i try pinging and the message come "request timed out" always .i called mtnl customer care they never take it seriously.they some time say their is problem in ur modem,some time they say the problem is from their side it will be corrected but the day never come when i face this problem i waste my half and hour replugging the wire .the net come for some time and then the same it is disconnected.please helpme .its is very annoying .
