Thread: reliance modem

Can reliance broadband modem be used in mtnl as i dono want to pay the modem rents

No, i don think thats possible.

As that modem is recommended, you should buy new one..............

IF your reliance modem is an ASDL modem it can surely be used with MTNL as MTNL provides broadband via ADSL.

Relaince guy tells me that he will take the modem too so should i buy a new modem or use the MTNL modems with Rs 60 rent per month which one is cheaper

Its better to get your own modem.
If your knowledge lacks in modems and routers get MTNLs rented modem because you may not be able to make a proper choice.

Mention modem/model/make/number of reliance supplied unit.
probably ZTE ZXDSL 831 Aii ( One LAN port)
Then you can use it for MTNL.
No wifi possible. need additiona wifi router.
Presume you purchased the modem from Reliance.
Other wise , when you disconnect their service, they will/may take back the modem.
