    This plan seems attractive.
At least better than 256Kb UL.
Its only available for a month now but I guess soon MTNL will make it permanent.

    I don't get more than 30 - 40 kbps on a 1mbps connection!

I can't imagine what my condition would be on a 320 kbps connection!!!!!

If this 320Kbps plan is priced at Rs.299 per month then it would be the best plan for common people, so everyone can surf Internet at their homes and not go to cybercafes for browsing the Internet, Rs.495+tax is at the higher side, they should make it below Rs.300 per month if they require large amount of customers for this plan, pricing is the most important factor to attract customers.

Yes the prices should be reduced. Provided the speeds are proper. Saying so because some times speeds are not.

I know a few good for nothing guys in my area who have suscribed on this plan and getting 2mbps by just paying 495 a month.
Even I am getting 2mbps since the last few days due to some error on 1mbps UL plan for 999 a month.
    Check this out!

Now if the prices are reduced further to Rs.299 per month and still getting 2mbps then I would get a heart attack.

2mbps for 299 a month with no FUP

Because they pay for 320kbps and get 2mbps speed and even I pay for 1mbps and get the same 2mbps speed!

    THATS COMPLETLY UNFAIR.

Dude, Speedtest.net results are not accurate, I stopped testing at that site long time back, speeds only when your downloading a file from torrents and direct downloads, In 320Kbps speed u will get maximum 40Kbps download speeds, that's good enough for common people for just browsing websites, I got more than 9Mbps on my 600Kbps Unlimited many times, check this out and don't trust that Speedtest.net results, tc buddy.

They can download at constant 220KB+ speeds and even I can.
I have even verified the max upstream and downstream data rates in their routers.

I never even thought that utorrent can handle such speeds too.
