Thread: waiting list for MTNL BROADBAND CONNECTION

Hi,
when i called to book the mtnl connection the call center exec told me that there is a waiting list for the connction possibly 15 to 20 days

Who has seen of a waiting list in a age of competition

Even I Dont belive this.
This may be because as MTNL has reduced their tarrifs and many new customers are attracted towards it theirs bound to be a waiting list.

If there really is a waiting list nowadays, it because everybody is dumping their pvt isp's are booking mtnl BB ... my experience with the untrained MTNL call Centre staff is that at least they are honest with you and don't lie ..By patient and you will get your connection soon, you won't regret it ..take it from me , just visit all the pvt providers forums here and read the looooooooooong list of complains and compare THIS forum and make your own judgment ...
