Thread: Rate your MTNLs service AGAIN

Friends and new customers of MTNL
In recent days MTNL has got much better than it was before.
Newer plans, double speeds at same cost in UL plans, better tarrifs on limited plans and many more things.The previous thread has got too old.

So lets have a ROCKING POLL AGAIN.

I will rate it as 8,
because of the frequent disconnections.

Take MTNL (period)

i'll rate it 5 because of following loop holes in their service
1)I get very high ping on most server with mtnl(online gaming server)
2)i get frequent disconnect
3)They havent upgraded my speed yet...(i was suppposed to be upgraded from 256 unlimited to 512 unlimited)
4)y connection is not in my name....i dont know how it happened but stupid mtnl pepole have given it in sum1 elses name
5)The customer suppport is clumsy.
6)There is no technical know how among the customer support people (theyre dumb as ass)

I'll rate that crap MTNL 2, I cancelled my MTNL connection and shifted to Reliance, reliance has no disconnection problems like that stupid MTNL and you dont need any stupid modem in front of you, it's directly connected from ethernet wire to LAN port, M using 1Mbps unlimited@ Rs1099pm and m very happy with the service, I would suggest you go for reliance and no other ISPs, reliance cc is the best in the country I've come across till now, MTNL has pathetic cc and they have no knowledge vatsoever of their internet services, I suggest you go for reliance, reliance is the best..
