Thread: Wanting to change my plan to UL 1M

Hey,

I have been using Mtnl broadband Trib 749NU for the last 2 years. Well, I really liked MTNL initiative of providing 1M UL at 999/- per month.
Now, the thing is, I called MTNL delhi today (april 2, 2010) to get my plan upgraded from 749NU to trib 512 New UL. However, they told me that the plan can only be upgraded from the 1st day of the new month, hence my plan would be upgraded from 1st may.

Is there any way I could just get it upgraded as soon as possible. Urgent replies would be highly appreicated.

Its not possible to get it changed now.
You should have submitted ab application before the starting of this month.
