Thread: Plan Didn't Changed

Hi Guys, Last month I had given a request to MTNL to change my current broadband plan ( TriB_749_NU ) to TriB UL data-512 Combo New* they said that it will be changed from 01/May/2010. But today they have renewed my same old plan ( TriB_749_NU ).

Please tell me what to do ?

When you requested the changed in your plan they had to also give you a Docket No ..Did she give you one ? and then a confirmation call from the Call centre .. did anyone call you from the CC to confirm if you asked for a change ?

Call 1500 and ask them if you plan has been changed as requested ..the website info will still show your old plan ...

Did you submit a written application? Did you have a duplicate with "Received" stamp and signature on it.

BSNL/MTNL are government monoliths. They do not believe or work in the "e" mode. Paper and "black and white" is more important.

Visit the exchange again (yes, I know, a real pain in the a$$) and please confirm.

Guys, On 1st May again i did a call to MTNL and that time a lady said ( Oh Ho, sir aap ka plan change to ho jana chahiye tha par hua nahi hai ) than i said ( Kya mujhe ab agle month tak wait karna padega ? ) She replied ( Sir ho to aaj jana chahiye tha par kal se humare computers kharab hain is liye aap shaam tak wait kijiye, nahi to aap dekh lene ).

After 4 hours again i did a call to MTNL that time they said ( Sir aap ka plan change ho chuka hai ) than i saw on internet and it was really changed. Thank God problem solved.
