    Default Torrent on MTNL triband

Ive been using mtnl triband for 2 years and have had no issues so far... only recently, with the same settings and same software, i find that torrents are not being downloaded, while other P2P stuff is still getting downloaded through the same software.

    any clues whats wrong??

    Hey..

    I have same problems...

My torrent now goes only 20 KB/s!! This is retarded...

I think they monitor traffic or something...bunch of cheats!

I don't think anything can be done either!

Did you install a new firewall or anti virus ? Do you see a green tick at the bottom of utorrent screen ? Check and feedback.

    Try port forwarding

    portforward dot com
Your Static IP is the one you enter in TCP/IP settings in Network Properties.

    and also
    www dot utorrent.com/documentation/connection-setup

I did this and got 50-60kB/s on a 512kb/s connection

My port forwarding never works! Utorrent indicator is always red or exclamation at best

I use D-Link GLB 802C. I think this modem sucks.

Port Forwarding Utorrent on the Dlink GLB-802C

Check this out,It worked for me.

Your static IP is the one you enter in Propeties(TCP IP) of Local Area Connection.

    Hi,

Am facing same issue with my connection !! Only Am from Bangalore and its BSNL !

The speed is stuck at 20K (Am on UL750) no matter what I do, It was fine last month when the speed was doubled ! after that undersea Sh**t when the speed was reverted to normal I started facing this issue !!

The funny thing is, this only happens with torrents and not regular DL (HTTP like rapidshare or hotfile) ! if you guys remember I had opposite of this problem last month when torrents where at full speed and regular had speed issues !

I have tried it all running TCP optimiser, using Cfos, etc etc etc etc..........

Have even tried advanced utorrent tweaks but to no avail !!

So anyone facing same issue from Bangalore ? does anyone has any clues ?

    Regards.
