    Default No Upload Speed on MTNL .. !!

    Hi ..

    I recently got this new MTNL router UT Starcom WA3002-g4 and am just having a lot of problems with this thingie .. Firstly, i get no upload .. I have checked all the settings on the router and me computer ( os : windows xp sp2, firewall : avast internet security ) .. firewall and all that crap .. but nothing .. and secondly, I cannot sign into MSN Messenger, Outlook Connector, Hotmail Webmail A/c, Post any thing on any forums or websites and cannot even send emails even if I can login to the Yahoo account .. Once i do a speed check, I can only check me download but it gives an error while testing upload on all the speed testing websites I've checked ..

    Now, the moment i connect to the other ISP I have everything is fine .. I personally think that the router is faulty .. Any help or suggestion from anyone would be appreciated .. cheers

    Get your line checked!
    Or try exchanging your router and then post reply!
    May be the problem is with line!Are you facing disconnection issue too?

    @schumi_1301
    Please check the MTU setting in router. Change to 1492. or even lower in multiples of 8.
    No idea how it works with other ISP with existing MTU.
    2. Try MTNL DNS both in router and system.
