Thread: Mtnl new Connection delhi

I have earlier discussed about broadband.

well it seems that mtnl is not in good in service but still give you better speed in cheap money.
So i just Decided to take trib 256 or trib 256 combo.
But there is still some problem in my mind and i want to clear it before i go for that.

Well is mtnl broadband is possible without having their landline offcourse anywill be No but still its possible then let me know.


Now what is my problem is we do't have their landline and neither my parents want me with broadband so no way they will pay for landline set or landline rent.

But some of broadband heels in below thread.

says that i can have their landline for free and with zero rent. Well i have no problem if they will provide that.

But is it really true. Means their website did't say anything like that.

Hey guys what happens.... it seems no body is using in Mtnl in delhi

As MTNL provides broadband via ADSL and the primary feature of ADSL is to provide Telephone and Internet connectivity at the same time. So technically a phone is a must.

Since you dont require to use the telephone you can go for an Combo UL plan if its available. Otherwise go for the cheapest telephone plan which involves ver y little monthly fixed charges and pay per second way of charging.

My Personal Advise: Go for MTNL as its the Best ISP in Mumbai and Delhi and it hads the most cheapest plans then any other ISP can offer in India like 1mbps for 999 Rs per month with upload nearly the same speed at Delhi.

Most important: They dont have a FUP of any kind in any of their plans and since their infrastructure in very very good in both the cities they do provide the promised speeds in every plan and sometimes even more.
