Thread: Configuring BSNL's Huawei SmartAX MT880 for MTNL Mumbai

i moved in to mumbai from kerala few months ago.i have a MTNL NU (2 MBPS) plan and i have a huawei Smart AX MT880 router which i acquired from BSNL Kerala by rent purchase. for the past 3-4 months it has been working fine though the mtnl officials had a hard time configuring it. recently MTNL's network in my area went down and broadband was off for 3 days. during this period i messed up with my modem thinking it was its problem. but now MTNL's network is back online and im unable to connect, MTNL officials tried to connect using their UTStarcom router and it worked. they configured my router the way it was previously even though im not sure abt that. as a different person came this time with a little knowledge of Huawei.
on the status page of the router everything has a green light except PPPoE.
i am attaching a screenshot . i tried everything to fix it and i am totally frustrated. plz help.
