Thread: 11 mbps on MTNL Triband

Hello everyone my name is Rahul and i am from new Delhi. this my first post here.

this forum is great it helped me a lot in the past so i thought y not i share my experience.

From last few years i have seen loads of threads against MTNL. Well my experience has been just awesome with mtnl. i used sify, hathway, airtel for consistent internet connection before moving to mtnl 3 years back and never thought abt leaving it ever again. its just plain awesome.

First day onwards my internet connection was moving with skyrocketing speeds. i had an 256kbps unlimited connection as my first plan. at tht time i was getting 2mbps of speed. about 7months back it came to 256 then i upgraded my plan to 512kbps. just after the month of doing tht mtnl doubled the speeds of every plan my 512 become 1 mbps and the best past is yet to come couple of days later i was downloading a file from rapidshare and i noticed the speed for +1mb/sec. i am getting 11mbps speed from past 6months.

MTNL is just plain simple awesome

You r lucky dude. no one here in mumbai gets 1.1Mbps downloading speed.

Nothing fishy.
Polite way would have been, to ask the member , to
post again a speed test result.
Probably the file details and speed test results were saved in harddisk, and member has posted them here .

Also member@illuminati 2K is not active since August 2010

It is "fishy" how you "revived" a 2 months old thread !!!!!! .
There are at least 5 or 6 NEW threads, about MTNL speed.

Brother can u post your Modem statics like Line Rate, SNR Margins, Attenuation and which modem you have and kindly post the recent speedtest result.
