    Default high speed on songs and wallpapers, low on others

    i have got mtnl 495 combo plan , i get nearly 150kb speed while downloading songs and all and while from rapidshare and other file-hosts(like piracy) i get less than 1kb speed , anyone can help me on this?

    1 kb is too low man , i get same speed of 60+ kbps on any site i use. i am using BSNL UL 750+

    Try IDM and check same.

    woooooooohhooooooooooo i am getting constant 250kbps download speed in idm thanks for tip man , though you know why i get such low speed in browser download managers(i tried both firefox and chrome and also tried optimising with auslogics but no effect)??

    same here too..try changing to google DNS ...hope this helps...else install spy-bot search and destroy and scan your PC

    yea, probably due to some spyware or some virus!
