Thread: Connecting D-LINK BB router to MTNL ADSL Router

Hi,
I have been using mtnl triband service by using ADSL2+MODEM for surfing.
Now, I want to go for wireless router and purchased D-Link (DIR600) wireless router. I was trying to connect from ADSL rounter to D-Link wireless router and then from it to my laptop, but I was not able connect.
Pls help.

Step 1 :
Confirm
(a)
you can PF your selected application with ONLY ADSL modem.
(b)
you are connecting to Intenet in PPP/PPPoE( "Not "bridged")
......mode. ( userId/PW entered in WAN page)
(c)
Under 192.168.1.1./main.html under Advanced Options
.....you see NAT/VirtualTrigger/port triggering and DMZ options.
Menttion make/model/number of your adsl modem.
(d)
Conirm you can surf In WIFI mode with your laptop.
