I have request a new plan in mtnl on 14th november they told me it will change on 1 dec but now 4 dec and they haven't change my plan yet
i'm on (TriB_Combo_UL_512Kbps_new)
whenever i call in 1500 they tell me your plan change to (999 1mbps combo) and when i tell them that my plan is still previous one they tell me thats not our problem call to 1504 and 1504 telling me thats not our department of plan change call to 1500
