Thread: collective complaint against MTNL MUMBAI for slow NU PLAN

HI GUYS ,

HEY guys just shouting in this forum will not solve our problem of slow speed which we are facing for other broadband users upto 2mbps but our only 256 kbps why this , when even MTNL DELHI have better plan than this.....

MTNL says that because they fear that their all bandwidth will be used by so called by them " ERRATIC USERS" ( the guys who download much ) and common and LEGITIMATE users will get slow speed because of network bandwith congestion ................so they reduced the speed .......256 for NU

BUT guys what i have to say to them is that NU is for night only not during the day where MTNL bandwith network can carry load of all the offices of MUMBAI with no problem ....u managers are making press and common man belive that that network will saturate in night by these NU guys.......whom are u fooling....

FRIENDS my request is that we take collective step and all the NU mumbai users at one time and one day send emails to all the top beaurocrats ( IT MINISTRY) and mtnl managers in the nation AND make a collective effort flood them with emails so that they either do something or afraid to open their inbox ...fear of deleating all .....BUT remember friends in ITB MINISTRY AND MTNL each email is logged and THIS CAN WORK ...................

This is a good idea... I tried to get people together a few months ago but didint really work but this forum has grown a lot since then and we get more then 3000 unique visitors a day now and its growing every day.

I would say if we can get a few bloggers to link to this thread then this could move some lazy asses.

How about fixing a dat for this first and keeping a margin of atleast 2 months so we have enough time to gather support.

I am sure sending an e-mail to customer service is not illegal and if we do it all at once there is no clause to stop that either so we will be well within the boundries of law.

I would love to see this thread grow.. Once we decide a date I will make this thread sticky so it gets more exposure or may be put a link on the home page if this really catches up.

yes this is puerly within boundries of law ....its the type of satyagrah .....sending collective email not only to customer care ..but to IT MINISTRY ( as mtnl is public sector company) and MTNL TOP BRASS is within the law ...according to TRAI law upto the companys top brass can be held responsible for customer greviences and in this case it is IT MINISTRY under whose banner MTNL WORKS (the email will be puerly a humble request but in bulk quantities ) ( LET the MINISTRY PART BE THE LAST RESORT).......

I WILL SUERLY TRY TO GARTHER SUPPORT THROUGH VARIOUS MEANS FOR THIS CAUSE REST CAN BE WORKED OUT LATER.......LET THIS LINK GROW .......THIS WILL BE OUR REAL TEST

MTNL delhi has none of beter plan than mtnl mumbai.
Well mtnl should increase their speed upto 2mbps of their NU plan as BSNL has done.

If i would like to complain but i got the tariff exclusive im Mumbai AKA 400mb download ,199 rent,256KBPS.and it has only 23KBPS speed i would like to complain.

Pls do something about MTNL DELHI to having same problem tooo.
