Thread: Please provide me software update for DNA-a213

Hi i am experiencing a problem with my router dna-a213 the lights are always on/off(like ping pong lights ) ....i tried to run my internet beetel 450bxi luckly my internet runs without any problems .... so i think it might be a firmware problem .
Ill be glad if anyone provide me firmware for said modem

i have posted an screenshot as asked by you ... i know how to config a modem , i think there is some issue with the firmware or modem as my internet runs smoothly on my beetel 450bx1 ..
please provide me a copy of firmware.

UPDATE:
software upgrade for DNA211-I available. for similar modem/router.
Seems DNA213 has additional menu items IPTV and/or VOIP ( not checked/verified )

If you had opened it, you could have replied to my query about Firmware.

As a learner, I need link/s about modem/s for my own reference, as I cannot remember the details of all modems/routers in use. Also it may be useful to someone else , when this thread is accessed at a later date.

None available in manufacturer's web site.

ADSL:
Compare with Beetel modem/router.
appears Attn D/L is high.

Uncheck in DSL menu adsl2 + and adsl2 and try.

i unchecked wat u said ..but still no luck,
i am afraid that i will brick my modem if ill flash it with some other firmware.

(a) Is there any change in snr attn line speed etc. ?
What is the mod mode selected now ?
(b)
Check in Management whether Client_TR069 is enabled.
Uncheck box.
(c))If you think Firmware problem, try exchange at BSNL Broadband section
