Hi,

I have dsl_399 plan and it was working fine until recently it use to get discon every 30 mins, I mean the network would be conn be no response from the server only bytes were being sent but none received. After calling 10 times to CS 1 engineer finally arrived and he changed the telephone wire( i guess this is all he did) and now the conn drops every hour or so and it comes bak within 10-15 mins. Can you please help me with this?? I am thinking of changing to tata unlimited 64 as is I will be paying the same amt. Please suggest what to do??
