Unless you can find a recommendation for a stable driver within a few hours of browsing, I'd say that Rs200 looks very attractive! But hey, I'm lazy!
So... what you are saying is that it is a windows driver (whether microsoft or from your motherboard manufacturer) that is causing the problem, rather than BIOS code for the chip? Just another crazy idea: if you have the driver disc that came with your motherboard, you might try using the drivers from that. You never know, it might be that early versions are ok and it got broken later. That would take even less work that buying a new card. Did I mention that I'm lazy
If and when you do fit another card, I suggest you disable the built-in in the BIOS settings. Leaving it enabled might be no problem at all. On the other hand, it might!
