Thread: MTNL BB acting up lately

Whoa! I am posting on this forum after ages.

Anyways I've been an MTNL customer for ages and loved their speed and service. Currently on unlimited 1 MBPS plan. Lately I have been observing a drastic drop in speed. The service as such doesn't get disconnected. Yesterday I tested their connection and speedtest.net measured a 1 mbps connection to 0.07 mbps (download) . Never ever I had this issue. Any MTNL user in Mumbai experiencing the drop in QoS? I am truly disappointed. The 'customer service' not surprisingly doesn't have a clue. BTW I am based out of Powai.

I am from bombay too chembur...and i too have been noticing a reduction in speed and constant disconnection problems...i am also under the 1mbps plan....it seem like as the rains come the MTNL services go down....
