    It looks like a good move but I can't understand the 10GB cap on 2Mbps line, seems like at the end of the war its good for people who just surf websites online, its not good for downloading purpose.

    I requested for the Night Unlimited Plan on 20th August by calling 1500 on 20th August.
    They said they'll change my plan from 1st September. I will post the details on Friday if the plan has been changed or not. *Fingers Crossed*

    God Bless The lazy a** MTNL workers

    According to me this NU plan is the best plan available for broadband customers in delhi. Just the Plan, Not sure about the service of MTNL in and throughout delhi :P

    Hey Mecyanide,

    Little curious to know what is the exact download speed you are getting while using 1 mbps or 2 mbps connections from MTNL..

    Thanks !!

    I had also checked these MTNL unlimited plans a few days earlier but there is nothing good about these plans.

    The Freedom 1295 plan is good for 2 mbps but the 35 GB download limit is a dampener though if you compare it with Airtel it is still good as after the download limit Airtel downgrades speed to 256 kbps and MTNL downgrades it to 512 kbps.

    The Freedom 800 is also good but then what is the which a person will be getting during the day i.e. from 8 am till 11 pm, if it 1 mbps then this is definitely a good deal.

    @mecyanide
    The service of MTNL is better and they are prompt when handling complaints if there is technical issue or broadband is not working.

    @Latino Heat
    I have the 1 mbps unlimited plan and the download speed is good at 130-140 KBps(sometimes the burst speed goes to 160 KBps). Hope this helps.

    Ahh its all capped as fardeen pointed out. Its just stupid to name these plans as unlimited. I just hope that my unlimited plan never gets capped.

    Its not speed its the fair usage limit. Btw even intel extreme edition would have a hard time dealing with 1GBps speed

    That's image of Ad is complete misleading but also can be in interest of Customer. Say you get this plan and you call MTNL that you are not getting 10GB speed as plan in ad says 2mbps upto 10GB haha

    Then after a week you sue them in consumer court for not providing you 10GB speed and counter claim the money back + hassel and frustration you faced. You can actually sucker out the money from MTNL's pocket hehe

    @LatinoHeat
    208Kb/s is the speed I am getting. Which is equivalent to 1.75mbps or so.
