Thread: Looking for a better MTNL wifi system

Hi All,

I am switching from Reliance netconnect to MTNL broadband connection.
I am intrested for Freedom plan or TriB combo UL data-999 1 mbps plan.
I am looking for the wi fi option and also want to get rid of Rs 75 pm rental from MTNl.
Need to connect one desktop, laptop, 2 smartphones ocasionally with the network.
Need wi fi range to be pretty decent one because coverage is required at my 2 floor house.
Request you guys to pls. suggest me the right wi-fi modem that meets my requirement along with the right model number and approx.

from where the wifi router will be positioned.
A TP link Model with antenna gain of 5 dBi recommended. details on feedback.

You may have to buy two units with wds ( wireless bridge option ) no cables
to each other.

TEST:
In your laptop install application "Connectify".
The laptop's WLAN card will work as an AP ( Access POINT)
for limited range. Test your phones.
