Thread: MTNL Unlimited Plan 749 issues

I have been using mtnl for past 3 years without any issues. But for past 5 months i am facing a strange issue with frequent disconnection etc.

The Strange part, the modem and speed are fine from morning till 2 pm etc, then after that frequent dicoonection starts, sometimes i am not even to browse for 2 mins also. then again in morning its the same story everyday. I have complainted many times but the Mtnl people gave its because of my wireless modem etc. which is bullshit i know since it was working fine before 5 months with the same plan .

Has anyone else also faced the same issue or facing it. I might have to stop MTNL and go for some other service provider now.

This is strange. But I was having the same kind of a problem but not so intense. My internet speed went down everyday from around 4pm till 8-9pm. It went on for about 2-3 weeks but was then resolved automatically. My complaints had no effect and so I had even stopped calling them. They were probably upgrading something in my area. I guess they were deploying traffic shapers to limit bandwidth. But now, except problems downloading from torrents, there are none other. I live in Bombay btw.

may be any connection problem created which you havent noticed or you modem gets older
