Thread: problem configuring the router...plz help

hi guys,


i have recently moved to delhi.i had a bsnl connection previously.i have a router ut300r2u which i now want to configure for the mtnl connection.but it is not letting me change the vci value and the username password on the wan page in routers gui.it keeps telling me that "failed to perform specified action: entry already exists" when i try to change the settings.

i have tried to reset the modem using the reset pin at the back but even then its not wrkin fr me.plllzz help

Go to tools and system and choose factory default setting.
Now u can re configure the modem
