Unhappy Which ISP gives the lowest pings ? Plzzz HELP !!!

    Hi Guys,
I m new on this forum...so plz help me i desperately need it...
I m using Hathway Cable Net rite now...but it is d worst internet i have ever used...very unstable....so i have planned to switch to other ISP..but there are 2 most imp. things which i need in d new ISP

    1) Lower Pings (Utmost Important) I play online gaming especially CS...so which ISP givesd lowest pings...
    2) No FUP

I was consdiering MTNL...as my online frnds who use mtnl gets lower ping all d time...but when i checked it with my local friends mtnl connection...he gets d ping arnd 60-65 ms...n i have seen ppl getting 10-15 ping on mtnl....

then while doing sum research i found out Reliance also gives good pings...is it really TRUE ???...n is Reliance a good wireline broadband connection ?..plz tell me...

Plz help with other ISP as well...but main need is Ping !!!
& i m changing my net connection..so again if i get a bad connection with higher pings...then i will be screwed... my dad wont allow me to change d ISP again

(sry for my english i m in a hurry)

    Thank You
    Tc

in your matter your neighbours will be the best one to tell answer because pings differs with location and line quality.

BTW i have seen people suggesting Airtel for online gaming.
