Which model you are using now ?
If using multiple computers in lan mode
enable DHCP in ( Lan menu page ) give range 192.168.1.3 to 192.168.1.10

one more thing after configuring with bundled CD it change routers default password (admin:admin). I tried my login id/pass of ISP but won't work. any solution for it too.

 IF IT WORKS  DON'T REPAIR

Option 1 :
if confident of making the settings again in DSL2520U use the RESET switch with power on for 10 seconds to 20 seconds to RESTORE factory settings.

Option 2:
Try ID admin PW password.
ID support PW support or password.

Option 3:
IF Xavi 8821r+ can be used try to reconnect it and use again
. Then Option 2.

You may have to RESET to factory settings.
Try ID multiplay and PW password.
If accessed disable tr_069 client in modem if enabled by MTNL>

How you access the modem settings now ?
How do you connect ?
Using Dialer ( "bridged" in modem ( ID/PW entered externally ) or
in PPPoE mode( In modem ) ID/PW stored in modem ?

After resetting i can access modem settings for 1-2 days only.

I'm connecting using PPPoE, yes iD/pw stored in modem.

In WAN page have you selected Lease time ?

Your second IPconfig /all does not show Lease time and shows a different IP.
If you have only ONE system DHCP can be disabled.
