Thread: beetel 450bxi wifi problem

i am using MTNL broadband with beetel 450 bxi wifi modem.
the modem works perfectly with my pc..but when i connect my iPhone or iPod
with wifi i am barely able to use the internet.
while downloading via pc i get a download speed or around 50kbps
n while using wifi i am getting a speed of 20kbps...

can only please tell me whats the problem

Change Channel to 11 or 6.
Enable dhcp in lan page.
Mention your tariff plan and max speed expected .

Check speed here:

Download TCp/Ip optimizer from speedguide.net.
select optimal values.
Recheck speed .

download:-0.69 mpbs
upload:-0.48mbps
as checked on speedtest.net

these are my router settings

1.
Click Advanced and check Power level. Last button I think.
2.
Try without any security key. For WEP click Generate and the new 64 bit code has to be entered in wlan card.
3.
Also check the wlan card Advanced settings.
4.
Also check Mac address filter is disabled.
