I am using GLB 502T DLink broadband router which is connected to a 8 port hub.One port of the hub is connected to my pc an one to a Linksys PAP2T broadband VoIP phone adapter.Under this config I can acess internet on my pc,but internet is not available to the voip.If I replace the dlink router with the router provided by MTNL (UT star)I can use the pc and also internet being available to the voip can use it.To confirm I connected the dlink router directly to the pc Ethernet port and check the establishment of internet by browsing pages.Then I remove the lan cable from the pc and connected to the voip still it doesnt work.(procedure given by linksys).But if its the mtnl router it works fine.The above check according to me confirmsthat there is no problem with the ADSl line, the hub and the Linksys Voip phone adapter.But as I can connect to the internet the dlink router is has some setting to be done to make it work like the mtnl router.
