Question Need to buy a CPE Modem

    Hey guys,

I've been using the beetle MTNL CPE modem which is provided on a Rs.50 monthly price. Since its been a year i think its about time i invest in a fixed one of my own, so that i can stop paying the Rs.50 rent.

The issue is i don't know which modem i should go for, as i already have a Belkin N150 wifi, i just need the modem.
So please suggest a budget modem to replace my current rented one.

MTNL Plan i'm currently using is DSL_Unlimited_450 so it should be able to handle 2Mbps+ speeds incase of plan upgradation.

    Thank you.

I have this Dlink DSL 2750U and it is good value for money and also has wifi router inbuilt. I bought it from Flipkart and they delivered within two days.

that also is better but i think Dlink is more better than TP Link as u can upgrade to many new features after upgrading the DLink's firmware. u can also try this - Dlink standalone modem no wifi as u wanted. it is as cheap as it can get.

From what i gather, TP link dont have a good support record. On d-Link, u can upgrade the firmware and 'unlock' more features.
