I have going through a lot of problems with my MTNL broadband connection and I have called up the customer care department regarding the same, but nothing seems to be done about it. I have complained more than 3 times and when the engineer comes to see what the problem is he tries calling the office and they say they will sort the problem out later on as they don't have time! I need my connection working as I require internet access, but nothing is being done by MTNL about the problem. Whats the best way to make a complaint to MTNL, so that they take note of the problem and resolve it.
