Slow speed..

    Default Slow speed..

    I upgraded my plan to 8 mbps freedom plan in Delhi. However i am getting less than 4mbps. I have written to bbspeed and 1504 and also called them but nothing till now. It's going to be 3 weeks now. What can i do ?
