agree that mtnl is very bad i got a new connection unlimited combo plan
modem was installed after 15 days n my bb started 10days after installation worked fine for 3 days then again got disconnected for 5 days...service is worse customer care is worse...i think if they take consumer complaints seriously they will get some respect...mtnl exchange staff is 3rd-4th class they don't even know how to talk 2 a consumers...they r so unsophesticated cce as well
