    Exclamation Question about MTNL BB Connection [Urgent]

    I'm trying to shift my connection from sify to MTNL, but, i heard rumors bout that withouth having MTNL landline, we can't have MTNL BB.. Is that true??? Please reply, asap.. thanks in advance.....
