Rep Power: 5  |  MTNL Plans are so ridiculous MTNL and BSNL are both siblings of the same (draconian) government department - Department of Telecom. All their services are same. Yet when it comes to BB, their plans and tariffs are so different. BSNL has one of the most reasonable plans but MTNL plans are ... most unattractive, if not repulsive. Your views please.
