Thread: for mtnl mumbai customers

i think mtnls mumbai customers should persuade them to start an unlimited plan like the 256k unlimited bsnl offers by sending em emails or some wierd thing like signature campaigns cause even the financial capital deserves some good service!!!!!!!

I think u r absolutely correct.I hav seen that all the isp providing broadband service hav unlimited plans which comes for less than a thousand rupees.
Infact if u hav noticed,MTNL says that it provides unlimited surfing for the Rs.199 plan.Whereas one who is new to broadband will think that he/she can surf freely without worrying.Whereas when one opens a page,some amount of data is transferred to the computer and this is considered as downloading.Then what do they mean by unlimiting surfing when surfing makes u download unknowingly.
I will b happy if the members of this forum comment on it.
