Actually I had asked MTNL to change my Broadband plan from Trib599 to Trib Unlimited on 26th of April. They confirmed that the plan would change as on 1st of May.

Now today (1st May) when I checked my account I was not surprised (it was expected ) to see that my account status showed the same old plan and it was not changed.

Then I dialled 1500 and asked them about this ? They told me that your plan has been changed, but since there are so many plans to be changed, it is not updated on the site. And you can use it as an unltd plan ( which I won't)

Now does MTNL change plan like this ?? Pls help me out...

Just as you are, I too would be wary of using the plan. But you could make a simple test - your Triband599 plan must be at a different speed whereas the Triband Unlimited must be at 256 kbps. Try a speedtest.net speed check and see.

please take reciept or every tranction and any other plan changed

which will help u if there is any complication in future as with u


if ur plan has been changed apply ied by online please ask coustmer care to deliver a reciept to u by mail
