Default Finding ipaddress of devices on LAN

I have a Linksys WRT54G wireless router on an XP SP2 Lan where there is a MTNL broadband router (Model UT 304R2) that occupies the default ip address 192.168.1.1. and that is my default gateway
I set up connection like this:
1)DSL cable from MTNL splitter to UT-304R2
    2)Cable from UT-304R2 to WRT54G
3)Lan (wired) from WRT54G to 2 desktops, which are manually configured
    as 192.168.1.5 and 192.168.1.11
    4) Wireless from WRT54G to 2 laptops, which are dynamically assigned ip addresses in the range 192.168.1.100-254
Everything is working fine, desktops and laptops and I can discover my computer ip addresses by ipconfig
But how do I find my WRT54G ipaddress so that I can configure it and add WEP security?
Linksys normally assigns the default ipaddress of 192.168.1.1 to itself but it hasn't done that since UT 304R2 is visible at 192.168.1.1. The WRT54G ip address must be something else. What is it?
In fact, how I find IP address of all devices on the LAN in case I want to connect printer, etc?
Sorry for what must be basic questions! I am new to networking

    Tks Just4Kix!
I switched off the UT 300R2, and discovered there was indeed an IP conflict since the WRT54G showed up as 192.168.1.1.
So I changed the wireless router's IP and enabled security.
Had to manually reconfigure my laptops and assign them IPs because the default gateway remains 192.168.1.1 (the UT300R2) but it's all working now and seems to be quite robust. I can now admin the Linksys and the UT300R2 both from my browsers. Posting this, just in case somebody else runs into the same problems.
    All the best,

Oh! I knew about the IP conflict the moment I read your post; but I thought that if you go thru some documentation, it might help you clearing some concepts.

    Tks for the documentation
    - interesting that it worked quite peacefully despite the IP conflict!
