Thread: broadband speed is very slow pls help

hi members i am karan from delhi ,i am using triband connection 256 unlimited plan for the first one month the speed was really good around 180 kbps .Now the speed had dropped down to 10-15 kbps i am really upset .I have called up the tech help but those suckers dont know what they r talking about .I Have even mailed and called the area manager and the general manager no help.can u pls tell me what to do .i dont wish to pay rs 1100 for the net that does not play a video .pls help .
